A host of European legends are set to be honoured after UEFA announced plans to present a special award to players who have made 100 or more international appearances.

UEFA is to present a special award to players who have made 100 or more international appearances for a UEFA member association.
Consisting of a commemorative cap and medal, the award will be distributed at UEFA EURO 2012 qualifers, starting this week, and friendlies involving next year's co-hosts Poland and Ukraine. The 111 men set to be honoured are listed below, and will increase as more players bring up a century of caps.
