The league phase of the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League is nearing a conclusion, with the quarter-finals line-up confirmed and teams earning promotion, moving into the play-offs or suffering relegation.

1. If Czechia win and Albania win – Czechia are promoted to League A, Albania are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Georgia are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.
2. If Czechia win and Albania and Ukraine draw – Czechia are promoted to League A, Albania are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Georgia are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.
3. If Czechia win and Ukraine win – Czechia are promoted to League A, Ukraine are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, and Georgia and Albania will be split for third and fourth place on overall goal difference, then overall goals scored, then overall away goals scored, then overall wins, then overall away wins (which would favour Albania).
4. If Georgia win and Albania win – Georgia and Albania will be split for first and second on overall goal difference, then overall goals scored, then overall away goals scored, then overall wins, then overall away wins, then lower disciplinary points total, then finally position in the 2024-25 Nations League access list (which would favour Albania). Czechia are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.
5. If Georgia win and Albania and Ukraine draw – Georgia are promoted to League A, Czechia are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Albania are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.
6. If Georgia win and Ukraine win – Georgia are promoted to League A, Czechia are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Ukraine are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Albania are relegated to League C.
7. If Czechia and Georgia draw and Albania win – Albania are promoted to League A, Czechia are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Georgia are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.
8. If Czechia and Georgia draw and Albania and Ukraine draw – Czechia are promoted to League A, Georgia are confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, Albania are confirmed in the League B/C play-offs and Ukraine are relegated to League C.

Türkiye will be promoted to League A if they beat Montenegro, or if Wales fail to beat Iceland. If Türkiye draw and Wales win, they will be split for first and second place on overall goal difference, then overall goals scored, then overall away goals scored, then lower disciplinary points total, then finally position in the 2024-25 Nations League access list (which would favour Wales). If Türkiye lose and Wales win, Türkiye will be confirmed in the League A/B play-offs.
Wales will be promoted to League A if they beat Iceland and Türkiye lose to Montenegro, or by the above criteria if they win and Türkiye draw. If Wales draw they will be confirmed in the League A/B play-offs, and if they lose they will be confirmed in the League B/C play-offs.
Iceland will be confirmed in the League A/B play-offs if they beat Wales. A draw or a loss will see Iceland confirmed in the League B/C play-offs.
Montenegro are relegated to League C.
